You can download the patch here.

•  How to (usually) import a new plane into FS2004:

•  Find the FS2004 folder on your computer (mostly under C:/program files/Microsoft Games/FS2004)

•  Open that Folder and go to the “aircraft” folder.

•  Copy the downloaded plane-folder, and paste it into the “aircraft” folder.

That’s the way to do it.

Sometimes it is a little bit different, but all the downloads have read me files attached that explain how to import the planes into your Flight sim. program.
